The new certificate does include some changes to the accident plan. The new certifcate added accidents related to two and three wheel motorized vehicles as excluded accidents under the plan. Qualifications for a dependant child have been updated to a child under the age of 19 or under 25 and a full-time student. The changes in the new certificate are not limited to the above descriptions.
